Abbey Investment and Trading Limited is a privately owned property investment company based in London. Since 2018 we have been buying, refurbishing and holding residential property across the capital, working with a close network of agents, contractors and professional advisers.
We take a hands on approach. Every asset passes through our own team, from sourcing and due diligence through to refurbishment and letting. That keeps quality high, costs controlled and decisions quick.
