When you use the contact form on this site we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the category you select and your message.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any conversation that follows from it. We do not use them for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

How your message reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox. The services that carry the message (our website infrastructure and email providers) process it only for that delivery.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or any business relationship that follows, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count visits in aggregate; it does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
